A 12-month immersive experience for senior professionals who are ready to cross the threshold and live the life they actually want.
The part of you that used to feel excited by things.
The part that was curious.
The part that wanted things.
The part that felt lit up by possibility instead of weighed down by responsibility.
The part that woke up looking forward to life instead of simply getting through it.
And perhaps the hardest part?
Most people around you can’t see it.
Because you’re still performing so well.

The part of you that used to feel excited by things.

The part that felt lit up by possibility instead of weighed down by responsibility.

"Esther Perel describes eroticism,
Eros, as 'not sex per se, but the
qualities of vitality, curiosity, and
spontaneity that make us feel alive."
Feeling 'alive' is not just desire in a sexual sense, although that too, for many women, has dimmed.
But the broader life force. The part of you that used to feel curious.
That wanted things.
That felt spontaneous.
That woke up with energy rather than dread.
That was lit up by ideas, by people, by the sheer fact of being in the world.
When was the last time you wanted something?
Not for anyone else, not because it made sense, but because it lit something up in you?
That aliveness is not gone.
It has been suppressed. By decades of performing,
adapting, achieving, managing. And it is waiting, with extraordinary patience, for you to come back to it.
You have built a genuinely impressive life.
People look at you and see someone who has got it together.
Your career, your income, your capability.
You have worked hard for all of it.
Maybe your life looks conventional from the outside, the house, the partner, the children, the title.
Or maybe you've never followed that map at all.
No marriage. No children.
A life built entirely on your own terms, your own path, your own definition of success.
It doesn't matter which.

And you are
exhausted by it.
Not just physically.
You are exhausted by being the capable one.
By being the one who doesn't need help.
By being the woman in the room who handles things.
You tell yourself:
Next week will be better.
I just need to get through this.
It's just stress. Everyone feels like this.
I don't have the right to complain, look at my life.
I just need a holiday. A break. A different job. A different something.
And you add it to the pile of next weeks that weren't better either.
You have been papering over cracks for longer than you've admitted.
Here is what I want to say to you directly: you are not the woman who has been
in therapy for years, done every retreat, read every book. You are not stuck in a
perpetual cycle of processing.
You are the woman who has never had to look at this before. Your life was fine.
More than fine. There was nothing to look at.
You are not the woman who has been in therapy for years, done every retreat, read every book.
You are the woman who has never had to look at this before.
Your life was fine. More than fine.
There was nothing to look at.
And now something has happened or something has built up so slowly inside it's finally undeniable.
The whisper that 'something needs to change' is getting so loud, you can no longer ignore it.
Yet you find yourself here, in territory you don't recognise, without a map.
And you are smart enough to know that working harder is not the answer.
And you are honest enough, finally, to admit that nothing you've tried so far has touched it, but you are ready to do whatever it takes.

You are at a ‘threshold moment’
The life you built, sincerely and competently, with everything you had, has stopped fitting.
Not because you failed.
Because you grew.
Because the woman who built that life and the woman you are becoming are not the same person.
And the gap between them is getting harder to ignore.
This is the liminal wild.
The in-between.
One version of your life is ending and the next hasn't formed yet.
And the resistence you feel to stepping across the threshold, that is the fear of the unknown.
And everything in you, the part trained to perform, to produce, to have the answer, wants to rush through this, or 'logic' your way past it.
What this space requires is someone who has already crossed it.
Who knows the terrain.
Who can hold the map when you can't bear to look at it, and who will also make sure you are moving, not just sitting with beautiful insights that never become a different life.
That is what the Liminal Crossing is.
Twelve months. High touch. Built entirely around you.
This is not a programme with modules. It is not a curriculum. It is not group coaching with a premium price tag.
It is a 12-month immersive container: part depth psychology, part strategic life design, part wilderness activation, shaped around what you specifically need to cross from who you've been to who you're becoming.
And it starts working from the very first session.

And it starts working from the very first session.
Ninety minutes. You'll know the investment before you arrive, so this isn't a sales conversation. It's the beginning of the work.
I will take you through a structured set of questions across every area of your life; career, relationships, finances, family, sense of meaning, ability to rest, connection to yourself.
You'll score each one. What emerges is a map of where you actually are, not where you think you are.
Most women leave this call having seen something they'd been avoiding. That is intentional. It's the first act of honesty this work requires.
We begin with depth.
The first six weeks are intensive, weekly sessions going beneath the surface.
What is actually going on underneath the performance?
What did you learn to believe about yourself, and when?
What patterns have been running quietly under every decision you've made for the last twenty years?
We don't do this to excavate the past for its own sake. We do it because without it, every change you make will keep hitting the same invisible ceiling.
And then, as early in the programme as geography allows, we meet in person.
Not a coaching session in a hotel conference room. Something entirely different.
I design a day around you: outdoors, in nature, away from everything familiar.
There will be a physical challenge involved. Something you find slightly scary. Something you choose from a set of options I'll offer you which could include: wild swimming, abseiling, coasteering, a mountain, a climbing wall, something that stretches you in a way a Zoom call never will.
You will do something you didn't think
you could do.
That experience, the moment your body and your mind catch up
with each other, is the beginning of coming alive.
Not a metaphor.
Literally.
From day one.
This is not decoration. This is methodology. The body knows things the mind hasn't caught up with yet. And the trust built in that day accelerates everything that follows.

The active work of change. We build the vision of what comes next. Not a vague aspiration, a specific, felt, embodied picture of your life when you're actually in it. And then we build the path. Clear, sequenced, actionable.
This is where my project management background earns its place. I see how things fit together. I hold the architecture of your transformation when you're too close to it to see it. I keep things moving when fear whispers you back toward the familiar.
Career. Relationships. Finances. Lifestyle. We do not leave any of these untouched because they are not separate. The woman who finally believes she is worth more shows up differently in all of them simultaneously.
There may be a second in-person session here. It depends on where you are in the journey.
Changes have happened. Some of them will have surprised you. This final quarter is about rooting what has emerged, making sure the woman you've become doesn't quietly revert to the one you left behind when life gets difficult.
You won't. But not by accident. By design.
You stop performing a version of success that was never yours. You get clear, possibly for the first time, on what you actually want from work, not what you've been conditioned to want.
Whether you stay or go, you show up differently: boundaried, purposeful, not depleted. You stop confusing busyness with meaning.
The patterns you've been repeating, the over-giving, the settling, the relationships that take more than they return, begin to make sense at the root.
When you understand where they came from you stop being run by them.
You start asking for what you need.
You stop shrinking.
The relationships that are right for who you're becoming get stronger. The ones that aren't start to clarify.
Playing small is a subconscious pattern, not a practical problem.
When the root shifts, the financial story shifts with it.
You start to own your value.
You ask for more.
You stop accepting less than you're worth because you finally, actually, believe you're worth more.
You build something you actually want to be in.
Not something that looks right from the outside. Something that feels like yours.
You wake up and there is something to look forward to. And on the hard days, you know the difference between a 'hard day' and a wrong life.
I spent fifteen years in corporate HR. Senior roles, global organisations, rooms full of people who needed something from me. I was good at it. I was very good at it.
And I felt, for years, like a little bit of my soul died every single day.
I knew something was wrong long before I could name it. There was no single dramatic moment. Just a slow accumulation of mornings where I opened my eyes and something in my chest just didn't want to be there.
What happened next changed everything. I lived in a jungle. I built a kindergarten in a remote village with a group of teenagers. I climbed Mount Kinabalu: 4,000 metres, in the dark, at 2am, convinced at multiple points that I couldn't do it, and I reached the summit on 12th December 2012.

My number. The date I see my life as before and after.

12/12/12
The date I see my life as before and after.
I spent weeks on a beach in Cambodia with nothing to do but let my mind go quiet enough to hear what was underneath. What was underneath was this: I had been living someone else's life.
And I didn't want to do it for a single day more.
I am a certified and credited EMCC Senior Leadership coach, psychotherapist and Psychosynthesis practitioner — Masters level, trained in depth psychology, working with subpersonalities, subconscious patterns, childhood wounding and the deeper architecture of how we become who we are and how we can shift our identity.
I understand this work not just academically but because I have done it; on myself, in the dark, without knowing what was on the other side.
I am also, by nature and through decades of experience, a project manager. I see how things fit together. I hold the structure. I see the path through the wilderness when you can't.
I have stood exactly where you are. I know what it costs to stay.
And I know what it feels like to cross.
I help you take the first step and name what is happening to you as a threshold, not a breakdown. I make it real, so you can move through it rather than around it.
I know this terrain. I have walked it. I hold the map when you can't bear to look at it, and I know which paths lead back to the same place you've already been.
I see you. Fully. The version underneath the performance, the one you haven't let many people near. Possibly the one you haven't let yourself near either. Being truly seen is not a small thing. For many women, it is the beginning of everything.
What you tell me in this work stays here. You can be honest about your marriage, your career, your quietly held doubts, the things you have never said out loud, without managing how it lands. That is rarer than it should be. I know it. You probably do too.
Not just a coach, therapist or mentor.
Your initiator. Your guide. Your witness. Your confidante.
That is why I can guide you. Not just because I have a framework.
Because I have already walked the terrain, and I will hold all of you while you cross it.

You are a senior professional woman; CEO, MD, Director, VP, C-suite, Head of, Entrepreneur or equivalent, who has built something significant and feels quietly not alive inside it
Something has happened: a jolt, a loss, a quiet implosion, or something has been building slowly for years and has finally become undeniable
You have perhaps done leadership coaching, read the books, attended the programmes, but always through the lens of your career, never turned genuinely inward
You are functioning perfectly from the outside. Inside, you are running on empty and feel like your soul is dying a little more each day
You want someone who will go to the root and also build something real. Not just insight. A different life.
You are ready to stop waiting for it to get better on its own.

You want a short programme, a quick fix, or a six-week course
You have been in a prolonged state of personal development work for years and nothing has shifted; this work requires someone with the internal resources to meet it
You are not willing to look at the things you've been avoiding
You want to be told what to do rather than helped to find what's actually true for you

This isn’t an investment in coaching.
It’s an investment in the version of you that’s waiting on the other side of this chapter.
Most women who find themselves here have spent decades investing in everyone and everything else.
Their careers. Their businesses. Their homes. Their children. Their responsibilities.
What they haven’t invested in is creating the space to ask:
What if the life I’ve built is no longer the life I’m meant to live?
The Liminal Crossing is not about fixing your life.
It’s about finding your way back to yourself.
And that changes everything that comes next.
You didn't find this page by accident.
The part of you that is done going through the motions.
The part that woke up one morning and knew — quietly,
undeniably, that something needed to change. The
part that has been telling you for longer than you've
admitted that this is not the life you're meant to be living.
The part of you that is done going through the motions. The part that woke up one morning and knew quietly, undeniably, that something needed to change. The part that has been telling you for longer than you've admitted that this is not the life you're meant to be living.
That part brought you here.
Don't make it wait any longer.
